Cambushinnie Croft is a beautifully appointed house completed in 2008 on our working family farm in rural Perthshire. Although surrounded by stunning open views of the Ochil hills and Sherrifmuir, it is just 4 miles north of the cathedral city of Dunblane ( with rail links ) and access to the A9.
As Scotland’s major trunk road this provides speedy travel to the whole of the country including Stirling 10 miles, Perth 25 miles, St. Andrews 50 miles, Edinburgh 40 miles, Glasgow 46 miles & Inverness 140 miles.
This lovely comfortable house with all mod cons sits in its own grounds & provides the perfect setting for families. Children & dogs welcome, or group stays for golfers, walkers, cyclists, fishermen & shooters. Short stays at specified times of year.

Enjoy, relax and unwind with a game of Golf at one of the many excellent local courses including the world famous Gleneagles, which is only 9 miles away.
Cambushinnie Croft is an ideal base to enjoy mountain climbing or Munro bagging, cycling and mountain biking. Whether a gentle stroll or something more energetic takes your fancy, you will be spoilt for choice for many options within easy reach.
Nearby is the Trossachs National Park along with the Queen Elizabeth Forest Park with stunning scenery and views.
Many of Scotland's finest fishing areas are right on our doorstep. At Cambushinnie Croft the River Allan borders our land and we have a permit to fish for in season Trout in the river.
If you enjoy shooting we can also with prior notice arrange clays, duck and pheasant shoots.
Interested in exploring further afield? The excellent local road and rail networks make this easy. The City of Stirling with it's stunning Castle and the Wallace Monument is 15 minutes away by car. Scotland's other major cities such as Edinburgh, Glasgow and Perth are all easily reached either by road or rail.
